Team Harden Wins Adidas Global Nations Championships

adidas Nations tipped off July 29 at Next Level Sports Complex in Garden Grove, California. Over four days, more than 80 of the top under 18 players from around the world had the opportunity to hone their skills under the guidance of elite coaches. A mix of skill and development drills and scrimmages took place July 29- July 31. The camp culminated August 1 with third-place and championship games played at Cerritos College and broadcast live on ESPNU.

In the third place game Team Rose edged out Team Africa by a score of 105-92. Charles O’Bannon led Team Rose with 21 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. In the adidas Global Nations Championship game, Class of 2017 Team Harden defeated Team Canada 123- 96. Jaylen Hands won MVP honors scoring 18 points while shooting 7-for-10 from the field in the victory.
